About Lauren

As the daughter of a carpenter and hourly office worker, I grew up in constant awareness of work and its impact on quality of life. Later, starting my career as a freelance writer meant I had a front-row seat into dozens of workplace cultures within Fortune 500’s and nimble SMBs alike. The type of work changed from company to company, but the link between workplace culture and outcomes didn’t. The number of companies I saw prioritizing short-term hustle culture over sustained performance that moved the needle, inspired me to work with companies to find a better path.

I am a Certified Executive Coach and trained organizational development facilitator dedicated to helping organizations and teams sustain performance over time. I work with leaders to foster high-retention, low-burnout cultures, and lead effectively across generational and other differences. A former Fulbright grantee, I bring an MS in organization development from the University of San Francisco, and BA in professional writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
